Academic Affairs (AA) signed a three-year partnership with the Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE) to study faculty job satisfaction in the workplace. The ISU COACHE committee was established to help prepare for survey launch. Survey was administered in Spring 2022 (54% response rate), and COACHE will work work with ISU to interpret and examine results during Fall 2022.

Academic Affairs is working in collaboration with HR to develop a draft exit survey for faculty. Next step is to gather feedback from multiple stakeholders and develop a process for collecting these data.

The staff success workgroup, formed in fall 2021 to explore the needs of staff in the Division, has developed a survey for staff in Academic Affairs to gather their pulse and job satisfaction in the workplace.
Actual or Anticipated Completion Date: Survey was expanded to all Divisions and was administered Spring 2022. Academic Affairs response rate was 61.5%. Implementation of recommendations 2022-2024.

Working with PRPA to develop PowerBI reports that will provide units the ability to apply a wide variety of filters to analyze variables related to unit and program excellence. This will provide units the ability to disaggregate the data along many different dimensions. Examples of dashboard report projects currently being developed include DFW Rates and Retention Rates.

Developing a data hub to provide units with a one-stop shop for data related to metrics that measure student, faculty, staff, and program success
