Work Group Goals

To undertake a review of General Education at Illinois State University and provide any recommendations for program revision to the Provost.

Initiatives/Topics

• Conduct focus groups to collect feedback/suggestions/concerns regarding the current General Education program.
• Benchmark our General Education program with programs from peer institutions and with best practices in higher education.
• Explore other possible structures and learning outcomes for the General Education program.
