Generate recommendations to enhance alignment of faculty recognition and reward structures with University values and strategic initiatives.

• Crosswalk Appendix 2 of ASPT policies with the Framework for Inclusive Teaching Excellence
• Crosswalk Appendix 2 of ASPT policies with the University’s strategic plan Educate-Connect-Elevate
• Based on identified gaps
• Benchmark against comparator and aspirational institutions
• Recommend changes in policies and practices
• Submit recommended policy changes to University Review Committee for consideration in shared governance revision of ASPT policies
