The Office of the Provost is responsible for preparing the Academic Calendar in accordance with the University Policy - 1.1.11 - Academic Calendar.
Once the Academic Calendar is approved it is distributed to the University community. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding the Academic Calendar at 438-7018.
The Academic Operating Calendar provides university-wide dates and deadlines, including but not limited to, deadlines for professors to submit students' grades, deadlines for students to register confirm attendance, submit grades, first and last day of classes, holidays and final examination dates and faculty hiring and training dates. Please note that there are many calendars developed by individual University offices as well as the central University Events Calendar that should also serve as resources to the University community.
